Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Photos and Images: When you use our AI nail and hand analysis feature for beauty and aesthetic purposes, you upload photos through our Supabase backend and storage system. These images are processed by third-party AI systems (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Claude, Grok) to provide beauty, fashion, and aesthetic analysis only. Photos are retained on our servers and in cloud storage as necessary to enable app functionality (for example, to view previous analyses, history, or preferences) and may be temporarily stored for processing by AI providers. Stored photos are protected using encryption and access controls. You can delete photos from within the app or request deletion of your account to remove associated photos; please see the "Delete Your Personal Data" section for details. We will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Account Information: Upon opening the app, an anonymous user ID is automatically created through Supabase. For anonymous accounts, we only store a unique identifier and your usage preferences. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we collect your email address and basic profile information as provided by their authentication services.

Beauty and Entertainment Purpose Only: All data collection and processing is strictly for beauty, fashion, and entertainment purposes. We do not collect, process, or analyze any medical or health-related data, nor do we provide any medical advice or analysis.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data to understand how users interact with our app, which features are most popular, and where users encounter difficulties. This helps us improve the app experience for everyone.

Crash and Performance Data: When the app crashes or encounters errors, we automatically collect technical information about the crash to help us fix bugs and improve app stability. This data is anonymized and does not contain personal information.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission: Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library.

We use this information solely to provide features of Our Service. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Subscription and Payment Information: If you purchase a premium subscription, payment processing is handled entirely by the app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment card details or billing information.

Service Providers and Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we work with several trusted third-party Service Providers. We may share Your personal information with Service Providers only to the extent necessary to monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to provide the Service to You:

OpenAI, Google, Claude, Grok and Other AI Services: We use third-party AI services (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Claude, Grok) to analyze your nail and hand photos and generate beauty and aesthetic recommendations only. Your photos are sent to these AI service providers for processing but are not stored by them after analysis. Data sharing is limited to beauty analysis purposes only. We have no control over the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated responses.

Supabase: This service provides our secure database infrastructure, user authentication system, and file storage. All data stored with Supabase is encrypted and follows industry-standard security practices. Only necessary account and preference data is shared, along with temporary photo storage for AI processing.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: Google's Firebase services help us understand app usage patterns and automatically report crashes. All data collected through Firebase is anonymized and aggregated. No personal identification data is shared.

RevenueCat: This service manages subscription validation and helps us understand subscription analytics. RevenueCat does not have access to your payment information, only subscription status validation.

Apple/Google Authentication: If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information as provided by their respective authentication services. We do not have access to your Apple or Google account passwords or other sensitive information.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes only:

To provide and maintain our Service: Including to monitor the usage of our Service and provide AI analysis and recommendations.
To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service and provide personalized experience.
To contact You: Only for service-related communications, security updates, or customer support when necessary.
To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us for customer support.
For app improvement: Anonymous usage data and crash reports help us identify bugs and improve the Service.

Important: We will NOT use your data for marketing, advertising, or any promotional communications unless you explicitly opt-in.

Sharing of Personal Information

We may share Your personal information only in the following limited situations:

With Service Providers: Only to the extent necessary to provide our Service to You, and under strict confidentiality agreements.
For legal compliance: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
With Your explicit consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose only with Your explicit consent.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We implement the following specific retention policies:

Photo Retention: Photos uploaded for analysis are retained on our servers and in cloud storage as necessary to enable app functionality (for example, to view previous analyses, history, or preferences) and may be temporarily stored for processing by AI providers. Stored photos are protected using encryption and access controls. You can delete photos from within the app or request deletion of your account to remove associated photos; please see the "Delete Your Personal Data" section for details. We will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Anonymous Account Cleanup: Anonymous user accounts that have been inactive for 90 consecutive days AND have no active subscription will be automatically deleted along with all associated data. Activity includes any app usage, and accounts with active subscriptions are protected from automatic deletion regardless of usage patterns.

Active Account Data: For accounts that remain active, we retain your account information and preferences only as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Analytics Data: Anonymized usage and crash data may be retained for a maximum of 2 years for statistical analysis and app improvement purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to individual users.

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States where some of our service providers are located. This means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your country where the data protection laws may differ.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

Business Transactions

Children's Privacy
