AI Analysis Questions: If you're not getting the beauty/aesthetic analysis results you expect from the nail and hand analysis feature, or if you have questions about optimal photo conditions for beauty analysis. Note that all AI responses come from third-party services and we cannot control their accuracy or appropriateness.

Privacy and Data Concerns: Questions about how your data is handled, requests for data deletion using your User ID, or concerns about privacy. We take all privacy inquiries seriously subject to our available resources.

Feature Requests: We welcome suggestions for new beauty and entertainment features. While we can't implement every request, user feedback helps guide our development priorities.

Subscription and Billing Support

App Store Subscriptions: All subscriptions are managed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). While we can help explain subscription features and troubleshoot access issues, billing disputes and refund requests must be handled directly with the app store.

Subscription Status: If you're unsure about your subscription status or having trouble accessing premium features after subscribing, we can help verify your subscription and troubleshoot access issues.

Cancellation Help: We can guide you through the process of canceling your subscription through your app store settings, though the actual cancellation must be done through the app store.

Privacy and Data Requests

For immediate account deletion, you can use the delete account feature in the app settings, or request deletion using your User ID from the "Me" section of the app through this website's delete-account page.
